For Educational and Information Purpose:
A. Refunds for Unused Sessions:
Coaching sessions are non-refundable once completed. If you have purchased a coaching package and wish to discontinue services, you may be eligible for a partial refund for unused sessions. Contact us to discuss your specific situation.
B. Satisfaction Guarantee:
If, after the first coaching session, you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund for the remaining sessions in your package. This request must be made within 7 days of the initial session, and a refund will be issued after deducting the cost of the completed session.
Digital Products and Courses:
A. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds for digital products, such as online courses, will be considered within 7 days of the purchase date. To be eligible, you must not have accessed more than 20% of the content, and you must provide a detailed explanation of your dissatisfaction.
No Refunds for Completed Courses:
Once you have accessed more than 20% of the digital product or completed the course, no refunds will be issued.
Physical Products:
A. Refunds for Unused Sessions:
